Our lives greatly shifted when we became parents this fall and there are many hurdles to overcome and tackle. Sarah explores the challenges and adjustments of work-life balance. From breastfeeding/pumping to switching between teaching mode and mommy mode, we dive into all the emotional hurdles. We also dive into the benefits of teaching in the outdoors this year and how it has impacted a positive return to work plus the positive effects on students.
You are not alone in a return to work and new parenting challenges! Life’s challenges are better accepted when you know you are not the only one working through them! Taking time to acknowledge the emotions, work through them, and reflect is part of the process to become the best version of ourselves.
