Podcast Episode #42 Tick Talk with EcoElsa

In this episode, we talk with Elsa Litecky from EcoElsa.  We had her on last fall in episode #12 to talk about environmental education.  We highly recommend listening to the episode with Elsa to hear in-depth about what she does to support and teach outdoor education for children.  We asked Elsa to come back on the podcast to talk about the one thing everyone dislikes and often fears when adventuring outdoors, especially in MN in the summer… ticks!  We talk about the basics of what a tick is, ways to prevent tricks, and what to do if a tick bites you.  We also talk about what Elsa has planned for virtual environmental learning this summer!  If you are someone who is apprehensive about recreating in the outdoors due to ticks, this episode is for you!
